There was a doctor and two nurses on board that worked on her but it looks like they had a really hard time with the cpr.
There's a report today that she's stable but on a ventilator.
That could mean recovery...or it could mean a "persistent vegetative state"...
It is quite possible that they know already and are just biding time. So it would be unfortunate if that were the case. I hope the details are being falsely reported
That's true about the doctor and nurses. The question is about time. When someone goes into cardiac arrest usually they go into it without knowing. Unlike a heart attack the majority of time there isn't any signs, You just lose consciousness. It is easy to not know it happened unless someone sees it happen and knows the signs. The unknown here is when they started CPR.
If she is stable and on a ventilator they could have brought her body temperature down to protect the brain. This could take awhile before they bring it back up to normal. In my case it was several days. Right now it is touch and go.
