Carousel of Progress Open Still???

We're leaving for WDW tomorrow!!! I can't believe its finally here. Does anyone know if Carousel of Progress is still open right now???

I just read a trip report for late September and they were able to see it. So that's a good sign!

We were there from the 13th until the 23rd. Everytime we visited the Magic Kingdom, it was open!

We just returned on Sunday and it was open I was very excited. It's one of my mom's favorites, so while we were in there I called her on my cell phone and left the song on her answering machine at home since she wasn't with us. She was so excited

I do hope they will keep this attraction...it's one of my favorites. When I saw it in March, I was wondering if it would be there for my next trip.

We went and saw it for the first time Tuesday night! I was so happy to finally see it, since we usually travel in the off season and it's closed. I loved it!

I was kind of disappointed at first when I realized that we would be leaving 3 days before Stitch opens, but if it means I'll have another chance to see the CoP than it will be worth it.....It's a great big beautiful tomorrow!

Not necessarily. Some people are reporting that CoP may remain open until early 2006 as a tie-in to the DisneyLand 50th celebration. In fact, one report indicated that $$$ had recently been spent to upgrade some aspects of the attraction--nothing significant, but still some investment was made.

Timekeeper, on the other hand, is a goner for sure when "Stitch" opens.

I heard also that COP will be open even when Stitch opens. I read that Timekeeper will be gone, not CoP.
