Caribe Royale or Vistana Villages??

We are planning to stay at either Caribe Royale or Sheraton's Vistana Villages (early summer 2002), mainly because we would like a 2 bedroom suite or villa. Kids are teens so not interested in HIFS. Just wondering others opinions on which one is best for the money? We will be renting a car so location is not most important. I have seen Caribe Royale from the outside and the rooms look nice on their web site. Vistana Village rooms look wonderful, are the 2 bedroom suites similar in size? We have never stayed off Disney property before but going to try it this year. We plan on going to Universal Studios for the first time this trip also. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
