Caribbean Beach View

I have a quick question about CBR that I can't find an answer to . From the Disney DVD, they show Spaceship Earth in the background of the resort. Do any of the rooms/wings have a view of Spaceship Earth? If they do, are they preferred or water view? Last year on my honeymoon , my DH and I stayed at GF and had a view of MK. (After several requests and one night without a view.) I just thought it would be cool to have an Epcot view this year. Thanks!

I think that is creative in the DVD. You can see the top of Spaceship Earth but it isn't a very big view of it. You can see it through the trees as you walk around so I am sure you could see it from some of the rooms. It isn't something I would try real hard for though.

When we were there in April, we could see it a little bit from Port Old Royale, but standing on the Martinique Beach at night we could see the top of the Illuminations fireworks. Other than that, no, there really wasn't any visibile evidence that Epcot was so close.
On the other hand, that really was representative of the whole resort -- you really feel like you're removed from the rest of the world and vacationing a Caribbean resort! All while being minutes from the WDW parks!
