We are a family of 4 booked at the Caribbean Beach Resort next April over Easter. Anyone who has stayed there, since there are 7 different villages in that resort, is one "better" or more convenient than others, in regards to location of food court, pools, bus stop pick-up points, etc? Thanks for any advice.

I believe Martinique and one of the Trinidads are close
to the main building. The Unofficial Guide to WDW has some great recommendations-I just picked up the 2003 edition but don't have it with me here at the moment.

We were in Martinique 26. It was fairly close, although 25 and 24 were closer (24 is closest). This is my daughters absolute favorite resort. Enjoy!

We'll be there in Aug. We've been told that either Martinique or Trinidad North are good bldgs that are close to the food court/pool.

I've stayed at this resort many times.

Most of the people on these boards believe Martinique #25 to be the best location. This building is very close to Old Port Royale and the main pool. I've read some posts that say this building is often the most crowded.

In my opinion, Jamaica is the best location because it's a quick walk across the Parrot Cay bridge to Old Port Royale. Because it's not exactly next to the food court and pool, it's alot quieter.

It all depends on your personal needs, but I would recommend printing a map of the resort and chosing the village that best suits your needs.

Important to remember.....no matter where you stay at CBR, you're going to LOVE it! It's a gorgeous place to stay!

We stayed there in 2000 and from what I remember, most people wanted something in Jamaica or Martinique. We ended up with Trinidad South, which I think is the furthest from things. It didn't really bother us because we had a car and didn't mind a little walk (it still was less than 10 minutes to the main pool and Port Royale). I think if you get Jamaica or Martinique, you'll be pretty close to things. Good luck!

Martinique 24, 25, 26 would be my first choice. :) Have a great trip. :)

we stayed in Jamacia and it was too long a walk after we got back for the kids! 3 small kids that is! They loved the walk, but also hated the long walk...we definitely did take advantage of the food court & the free refills with out pop due to the long walk. but we where quite close to the smaller, quieter pool and that was very nice! We went to both pools, when we were at the smaller pool we were only there with 1 other family! The big pool had everyone there.

It is really what you want you have to decide on!

Good luck and have a fun trip!

We have stayed in these two buildings before. You are right next to Old Port Royale(food court), the marina, and the main themed swimming pool. Also, the bus stop is directly in front of these buildings. They are a beautiful pastel blue color. also, buildings 24,25,&26 form a lovely courtyard which we liked alot. we have never had a problem with noise levels in these rooms.
