2 days guys! So I am arriving late thursday night (11pm eastern). I was wondering about the disney magical express to CBR. Since I am arriving after 11, do I just grab my luggage myself and head for the bus?

I would suggest that you do. Otherwise, your luggage may be delivered to you late at night/wee hours of the morning.

Fingers crossed for good bus service. I would hate to miss my early ADR at CRT. How to break that kind of news to two little princesses who can't wait to meet Cinderella!

Every night an hour before the pool side movie starts, they have a campfire on the beach behind the main pool. I have heard that they moved it, so you'll have to wait until you get there to find out for sure. They normally have 2 CMs there with marshmallows and sticks to use for roasting the marshmallows. The CMs that we have encountered have always been awesome and full of fun Disney trivia. The gift shop sells Hershey Bars and Graham Crackers if you would like to make s'mores. But the marshmallows and sticks are free of charge.

We were there sept 28-oct 6. Jamaica 45 room 4515. No working fridge but did get $15 per night credit. Haven't seen my statement yet as we left to come home at 4 am so hopefully it's there. We drove so we took a portable plug in cooler which worked awesome and fit right where the fridge should be. We've stayed at CBR numerous times. The walk across the bridge from Jamaica is about 3 mins, whoever did it in 7 mins must be a slow walker.

The only complaint we had were the buses. We waited an hour for a MK bus one morning. We've never waited this long. It was early MH at MK that morning but we shouldn't have to wait an hour with 2 small children with us. We called on the phone at the bus stop and asked 2 bus drivers to other parks what was going on. The bus stop filled up quickly with other angry people. We were at the bus stop at 9 am and didn't get to MK until 10:30. Disappointing to say the least, but really that was the only issue we had in 8 nights.

We had a long wait for Magic Kingdom as well in September. We were really late for our ADR at chef mickeys. We stayed at Barbados, it sounds like the buses fill up and they go on to the park. Seems to me the drivers should radio in they missed stops so the next bus can start where the last left off.
We were not happy about that!

Driving time

Anyone know approximate time from hotel parking lot to front entrance of Epcot if we take our car? I saw 18 minutes by car somewhere but I don't know if that includes the time you have to wait for a tram. Is 18 minutes on the conservative side?

1. Is there any way to see what the nightly movie title/time is? We may want to check it out on a "rest day"

2. About the "no fridge credit".. Do you only get that if you complain to a CM about not having a fridge? It would be inconvenient to not have a fridge and I'd like the credit, but I am very shy and really never complain or ask for things when it comes to customer service issues. If they just offer it I would definitely want it, but not if I have to specifically ask.

You have to ask for it. They will not automatically give it to you upon check in because the check in CMs do not know which rooms have a working fridge and which ones don't. So you would have to go into your room and then if no fridge, go back to the Custom House and inform them you don't have a fridge and you would like the $15 per night credit.

We stayed at the All Star Movies Sept 13-21. When we checked in, I asked if our room had a refrigerator, and the CM said no. I asked if they were still giving the credit and she said she would apply it to our room card as a credit. If we didn't charge anything to the room during the trip, the credit would be put back on our debit card. We did buy my granddaughter a few things (OK, a LOT of things, lol) and used the credit.

It was quick and easy.

So you would have to go into your room and then if no fridge, go back to the Custom House and inform them you don't have a fridge and you would like the $15 per night credit.

We stayed in June, and the drive to Epcot was no more than 10 minutes for us. We didn't use the tram, just walked to the gate, as we were in the second row of cars.
