Does anyone know if there are toasters in the rooms. I'm guessing they don't but am making a grocery list so I figured it was better to ask.

We're going next week too, so "hi!" to the other two people I saw that mentioned they're going then too. We're so excited...it's our first trip ever! It will be me, DH and our two boys, ages 6 and 7. We leave next Friday 6/12.

No toasters in the room. There are two in the food court available for guests to use.

Thanks! Can anyone tell me if a 1/2 gallon of milk will fit in the fridge? I talked to someone at the resort and she wasn't sure but sounded like it may not fit.

Hey, maybe we will be neighbors. We will be there the same time (arrive 6/13) and also requested Aruba 51 or Jamaica 45. Great minds think alike!! We need adjoining rooms so I hope that doesn't hurt our chances. We will be a Mom (me), DS-9, DD-7 and my parents. Say hi if you see us!!

Whoa boy, we are also going to be there at the time and also requested Aruba 51 or Jamaica 45!!!! How many of us are there out there? I guess I should prepare for disappointment right now, I suppose all the rooms will be good, I just love going over the bridge and wanted the closest ones to it. (and other reasons)

I had 2 1/2 gallons at the bottom of my fridge. They fit fine.

I didn't look at the SN when I first posted but when I came back right now I knew I recognized it.

I didn't know you were going to stay at the CBR. We loved it there! I'm sure you will too.

A week!!! I so wish I could be there!

Yep, just call Bell Services sometime the day before you are checking out and schedule a pick up time. They will come in a van and pick you and your luggage up and take you to the Custom House. They will come right to your room and help you with your luggage. Very quick and convenient.

Thank you very much! You calmed me down a bit. My husband walks with a cane and the last thing I need is trying to figure out how to get to the bus stop to get back home. Thanks again!

We leave next Friday!!! It will b me, DH, DS, and 2 DD! We reserved one of the pirate rooms! U r going to love Disney. There is no other place quite like it! It is "MAGICAL"!

I just got off the phone with my BIL. They are at CBR right now. It's the only mod that we haven't stayed at. Anyway, he says that they can't find any elevators. Can this be true?

No elevators at CBR, but it is only 2 floors high.

Thanks! I thought it was strange. I guess all the Handicap Accessible rooms are on the ground floor.

Thanks again safetymom for this thread and all the past ones! I've been to WDW 6 times and I've stayed twice at CBR, once with your help in '06 for our family group of 17 and, my first ever trip, back in 1991, when CBR was a value! LOL! Stayed at TN in '06. We had 4 rooms, 2 each connecting. Loved the location to OPR! Looking to go again in October, and found this thread to be updating and making me oh-so-wanting to go back! I looked at the CSR thread and, while it looks nice (and I'm sure it is), I don't like the convention atmosphere that's Possible. So, I guess you can say, October will be MY 3rd time at CBR, my DDs 2nd, but my DHs 1st! I could pick somewhere else I've stayed before or, somewhere new like CSR or, a value but, I like to know the grounds and surroundings, if you know what I mean! I've stayed at OKW, Dolphin and off-site as well. While I'm not a great on-site comparison person, all I can say is that THIS trip will be my 3rd CBR stay! Thanks again!

That's when we arrive too!! Finally we will be back at our favorite resort - can't wait to see the new pool and rooms in person!!!

I can't thank you all enough for the information I've read on this thread. We are going to Disney for the first time in 16 days!!!!! I cannot tell you how excited I am. We booked one of the pirate rooms too and I can't wait to see it! I love reading your posts. They have really helped me out! Thanks again!
