Care Packages

Just in case Saddam chooses NOT to leave and if war is declared, do we still send care packages to the same addresses we have been?

Is there any hope that Saddam will leave?

Well, there is always a chance he will leave, with his boys, but it's unlikely (IMHO). Even if he did, there will be a lot of people needing to go in and resore the oil wells if he burns them, keep the peace if possible, etc. So yes send your box, the worst thing that can happen is that the soldier will have been shipped home, the box should be forwarded. Check that OperationMilitary Pride Web Site, just in case, I think I saw something about forwarding on there.
