Cardpool Advice Needed

Okay, it's time - I'm ready to start piling up the Disney Gift Cards for our cruise. I've read the directions, but I still need a little guidance. I go on the discounted card site (Raise, Cardpool) and use my Disney Visa to purchase Target gift cards. My plan is to transfer the balances of the cards I get onto one Target gift card (read previous advice to do that). Question 1: Can I transfer the balances of the ones that say "electronic card and can only be used online" onto a Target card? Or should I avoid those? Okay, so I get over to the Target website and the fairy dust is with me and I get all the Disney gift cards I want with my RedCard discount. Question 2: Are the Disney cards mailed to me? Question 3: Can I consolidate those balances onto a single Disney gift card before putting it all into a DVA? That covers it for now. Thanks in advance!
