Card for Fish Extender Exchange

I need your help once more. I hoping to get a couple of DISigns for a card to add to my Fish Extender gifts. I am going to do two gift drops and would like to have a different card for each drop. This is one of the holiday-themed cruises on the Magic, so something holiday themed would be great. I would like it to say From Corinna(dolphingirl47). Is this something you can help me with?
