Car services in Tampa area?

I trust my Disney folk so even though this isn't an Orlando question, I'm throwing this out to you. Does anyone have any experience with car services in the Tampa area? Looking for r/t transportation TPA - St Pete Beach. Once there, lots of stuff is within walking distance and there is a trolly that runs along Gulf Blvd. I'm just not sure I want to rent a car for this trip and am hoping to contact a tried and true car service. Interesting question!

A group of 12 or more of use are cruising out of Tampa and will need to get to the port. (not from the airport) We have considered renting a van and just making multiple trips ourselves but would prefer to just get in a shuttle and be done with it. My sister has a large driveway so the people driving up/over/down will be leaving their cars there.

I would also like to hear of a good shuttle/bus in the Tampa/St Pete area.

OP... Have a great trip. We always spend time in St Pete and actually saw momma and baby Manatee in the gulf outside our hotel last year. At John's pass at about dusk you can see dolphins playing from the boardwalk!
