In June of this year, we used: http://www.tokyoairporter.com/ for our family of 5 to get from the Narita Airport to the Hilton Tokyo Bay and it was 20,000 yen. There was a gentleman waiting for us with our name on a sign when we exited the luggage area. He was very professional, but not real personable, which was fine with us since it was such a long flight. This company was very good with communicating with us before the trip and I would certainly not hesitate to use them again.
