Car Service - PrimeTime v. Karmel

My family of 4 are WDW veterans going to DL for the first time. We'd like to have a private van service and I found that PrimeTime and Karmel have comparable prices. Since we are going on a Disney Cruise as well, we need private transfers from LAX to DL Hotel, DL Hotel to Port and Port to LAX.

Which service is better - PrimeTime or Karmel? And does anyone know of any discounts on private van service?

I was going to book primetime back in November for our trip, because it was much cheaper than Super Shuttle, but I backed out. I had read SO many bad reviews on them over the internet and they seemed a little unreliable, so I stuck with super shuttle afterall.

i couldn't find a ton of input on here, but maybe this thread will bring out new/updated reviews.
