Car Seat Question?

Hi! I am planning on ordering a car to pick us up from the airport to take us to our resort as we would like to make a stop at the grocery store. I know I can request car seats for my 2 kids (they will be 4 years old and 20 months) for this drive but was wondering about the taxi's that service Walt Disney World? Are car seats required & or available if I wanted to cab it over to Downtown Disney from the Polynesian or will we be stuck having to do the buses? Thanks!
