Car Rentals....WOW!

I have rented a car for the same week in August the last three years at Alamo, and have rented from the 11month window and the rates have been about $315 for about 12 days. This has included all taxes, etc.

However this year I'm having a difficult time finding a decent rate any where.... at all the rental sites, travelocity, and expedia.

Since we rent far in advance and have never had a problem I started checking to see if a rate closer to now would be different and it wasn't.

Car rental rates are really high.

Any suggestions?

Have you checked Mousesavers.com for rental codes !? if not, I would suggest that you do !!
