I cannot get the 2 rental companies in my head! Is it Enterprise? Alamo? Dollar? And tell me again which hotel they are in?
Will they deliver the car to the Resort you are staying in?

National is one and I believe Alamo (same company) is the other.

We've picked up at the Dolphin - the other WDW location is the Car Care Center. You can arrange for them to pick you up at your resort and take you there to pick up your car.

I don't know about the Dolphin, but the Car Care Center will come get you.

Neither the Dolphin or the Care Care Center will bring the rental car to you, but as noted, they will send a shuttle to pick you up and bring you to the rental location.
