Going down to disneyland in september and just wondering if anyone out there knows of a good reliable and reasonable car rental place thats close to disneyland? Thanks.:thumbsup2

We always use Alamo because it is convenient to us with their office being right in Downtown Disney.
We have always found the best price if we book through Costco.com but of course, you have to be a member. Canadian membership is accepted.

Does anyone know if the Alamo in DD rents a car for the day and how much they charge? Would like to go to the beach for a day!

Thanks

We are planning on seeing Hollywood for a day during our November trip and I was able to rent a full size car for one day at the DTD Alamo for $40.

Hello fellow Canadian! We rented from Alamo in DTD a couple of weeks ago. We picked up on a Friday afternoon and returned on Sunday evening - by 6pm and paid $99 but with a Gold Mastercard you get a 25% discount with Alamo so we ended up paying $78 including taxes. I found the DTD outlet cheaper than the Alamo on Katella for the exact same thing so make sure you do your research!:surfweb: We rented a Dodge Charger, easy pick up and easy drop off.

Why hello there. Thanks so much for the info:cool1:

Hello fellow vancouver islander, I would strongly suggest you use price line. I have a rental for 11 days for 225...

You can name your own price for your rental, only deal is you pay ahead.

Here's a question, how far in advance can/do you have to book on costco?
I currently have a rental for a week, at a good rate, but looking at changing our plans so we spend 5 days at disney and then 2 days going to other places.
So I was going to cancel my booking and rent day by day.. it is a little cheaper, not a lot, but a little. I'm assuming I won't really need a vehicle much. As i've heard there are grocery stores nearby
