Car rental desks and POR or CBR?

Can someone tell me if there are car rental desks at either of these resorts?

No. The only hotel with a car rental desk is the Dolphin. For the other resorts, you can make a reservation with National/Alamo and make arrangements to take a shuttle to the Car Care Center on World Drive.
