Car Rental Co. At Swan/Dolphin

[Hopefully]

Which car rental company is out of the Swan/Dolphin? I thought it was Avis, but when I checked their website they gave the Hilton as the location.
I have used them in the past but I am not sure.
Also is it in the Swan or the Dolphin, I mix them up as well

National and Alamo are at the WDW Dolphin.
