My DW and I are starting to plan our trip to the world for September 2015

I was wondering when the rates for this time will become available and when is the best time to buy. We always use usrentacar and at the moment there only showing rates for Alamo and nobody else.

Usually into the year you want. Its always one of the last things I do, we go next week, I booked about 4 weeks ago.
Unless you see a bargain just wait until an offer comes up next year.
