Car Hire Help

I was the one that book our family hols with car hire included.Will i be the one that has to pick the car up or will hubby be able to go in for it.We are both insured to drive it.

When i called the travel company they said anyone can drive with a clean licence,What does that mean,as both of us have some points on your driving licence?

If your both going to drive, you both need to go to the rental counter to sign the forms.
My partner and I both have points on our licence and have never had a problem.

I have 3 points for speeding (oops) and drove as the second driver last year no problems. I dont think they even unfolded the licence to see the points, so I wouldnt worry. I have never heard of anyone being turned down for a car that has had points on their licence.
