Car Care Center shuttle?

I *think* I read that the Car Care Center will send a shuttle to pick you up, is that true? If so, how do I set up a pick up? I set my ressie for pick up at 730am...

You have to call in advance ( 1 hr to 24 hours) for an appointment to get picked up at your hotel. I would call the day before your pickup and get on the list if you want to be picked up early. They go by a list for pickup. One time we called at 2:30PM from All Star Sports and they couldn't pick us up until 3:30PM that same day. Now if I want an early pickup, I call in advance to get on the list.
