Captain Plan Or Family Plan

TRYING TO MAKE PLANS AND REMEMBERED THAT WE RECIEVED ON OFFER AT VWL FOR A CAPTAINS PLAN =4HRS RENTALS, OR A FAMILY PLAN =(UNLIMITED USE OF EQUIPMENT) FOR WATER MOUSE, PONTOON BOATS, CANOPY BOATS, SAILBOATS AND BICYCLES FOR LENGTH OF STAY....(UP TO 4 GUESTS)...MY QUESTION IS IF YOU USE ANY OF THE BOATS WILL YOU BE ABLE TO BRING CHILDREN ALONG?...THERE WOULD BE 4 ADULTS AND 4 CHILDREN.

I know the water mouse boats require an adult be on board and driving. I'm sure the age of "accountability" but I think it was 14 with Drivers License and Credit card of an adult.
I have no experience with the other watercraft.

I'm not familiar with any of the 'plans' as such, but as a general rule kids are part of the planning at Disney. Younger kids would have to be accompanied by an adult.

We did the Family Plan at the Contemporary last August. It was a great deal. We had 5 people on our account. They had to be at least 12 years old and 5' to ride by themselves. The little ones don't count towards the 5 people. We must have used those boats more than 12 hours combined!!
