Old Spirit of Aloha bread recipe

I am looking for the recipe for the pineapple- coconut bread (NOT 'Ohana) that was served at the Spirit of Aloha dinner show around 2007. There's evidence that this recipe was on disboards around 2012, but the page no longer exists.

Note... this was NOT the 'Ohana pineapple-coconut bread. This was different, it was an actual loaf of bread.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

When you say the products of ’Ohana differs from SoA, is there any differences besides the shape? If not they are probably the same recipe since I doubt the kitchen would come up with a different list of ingredients for them.

Never ate at SoA so merely thinking logically for a moderate priced commercial kitchen, a description that would fit both eateries.

Thanks for the comment. We recently made the 'Ohana recipe and it was lovely, but it wasn't the same. 'Ohana has like a layer of a crushed pineapple and coconut mixture within it. As far as we can recall 18 years later, the Spirit of Aloha bread had everything integrated, and didn't have pieces of pineapple in it, possibly it used pineapple juice? I was hoping the recipe was still tucked away in disboards somewhere.

The site changed software over the years. It was a matter of finding the recipe thread and the post. Hope this is the right link now. It may not be what you are looking for, as it seems there was some confusion even back in 2008

This is the link to what was supposedly the Ohana bread at the time

Suggestion. Since one has layers of fruit and nutmeat while the other, not, you can simply mix the batter together with about 1/2 the coconut used in the ‘Ohana recipe and either add crushed and possibly sieved pineapple or as you suggested, pineapple juice.
HTH and have fun with the baking.

Thanks for digging this out, but this pineapple coconut recipe is the 'Ohana bread that we just made, and is not what I'm looking for. The one with banana is definitely not the right one.

I take comfort in the fact that someone in 2008 also said the Spirit of Aloha bread was different! Very interesting...

Thanks for the suggestions! If no recipe is found we do plan to experiment with it.
