Cap'n Jacks (DTD) info needed

it has been years, but I would not go back. There are so many better places to eat there. Just my opinion.

we were there in august and really enjoyed it. DH and I both had the steak with lobster add-on and the kids both had the twin lobster tails. Its on our list as someplace to return to.

We ate there in Oct 2006 and the food and atmosphere was fine. Going back again in Sept.

I posted this response in another thread about Cap n' Jacks, but incase you didn't see it, here is my dining experience there.

We had a great dinner there in September , we had a table at the window over looking the water and our waitress was great. My husband really liked the crab cakes and I thought the spinach and artichoke dip was good with plenty to share. Everyone at the table ordered the top sirloin with lobster tail add on and we all thought it was very good and worth one of our TS credits. They also had a great menu selection for our (picky)children and they enjoyed everything especially the worms and dirt sundae! We would not hesitate to go back here to eat again from first experience there and I have to add that I was also worried about making this ADR in September from the reviews I read but my DH really wanted to go eat there when he read that the menu included lobster and I don't regret it one bit now. Hope that helps

Ugh. Went in November. Bad service and food was not even considered ok. Lobster tails were tuff. We will not go back there.

We were seated by the water, had a wonderful server. Had shrimp cocktail and crabcakes for appetizers - awesome. Had lobster for dinner - awesome (and you can ruin a lobster real fast). All cooked perfectly. Had yummy frozne drink (Capt Morgan) and the choc lava cake for dessert !

Best meal we had all week of DDP and wished we had gone twice.
