I'd like to join this month! It's been far too long since I was part of these challenges and I need to get back on track. Please put me down for 1000 minutes.
I'm actually going to break that down into 600 running min and 400 abs and low impact strengthening min but that's just for my own planning. I so need to drop some weight without overtraining for races. Maybe if I do this combination, I will avoid the injuries I've sometimes had in the past when I just try to get in crazy min for these challenges
