Cap'n Jack's August Exercise Challenge, come join the crew!

I hope I'm not too late to join this party :D I need some motivation.

The past few days my totals were as follows:

08/01 - 60 minutes of spin class and another 20 minutes of running during my second wind. (80 minutes total)

08/02 - 40 minutes of running/walking in the Zombies Run! 5k training. (40 minutes today - overall 120 minutes).

08/03 - 40 minutes of running/walking in Zombies Run! 5k training. (40 minutes today - overall 160 minutes).

08/04 - 60 minutes of spin class (60 minutes today - overall 220 minutes)

Because I'm working so hard and loving every second of it. I'm going to put myself at 2000 minutes for the month.

So at the moment, I'm at 220/2000.
 
Sorry to be reporting late Capt. Jack . . . had a little run in with a rum bottle on vacation. ;)

Did 20 min of core and leg work last night and 25 min tempo run this morning-

81+64 = 145/900 I think!
 
I totally fell off the exercise wagon last month. Too many disruptions to my schedule. But I have realized my DSis will be here in 8 weeks and that means family pics, so I have to get my butt in gear! Setting a very ambitious goal of 1200 minutes. We'll see how that goes since I have a monster blister on my heel after yesterday's walk and can only wear flip flops right now. But I am satisfied with my start so far!

I'm going to start this a little late for August but want to participate. Today, I only walked on the treadmill for 25 min. but from now on, everyday, I will get 30 min. in! pixiedust:

After sleeping dreaming of rum the last few days, spent 45 minutes looking for some.

Alas, the was none to be found.

We're only 6 days in and we've got 26 on deck, 11 of those (nearly half, mate!) have hit 10% of their goals, with bangzoom6877 jumping out at a whopping 25% of their goal already!
