We just got back (yesterday) and ate at Cape May twice. We liked it so much our first time that we called in a second reservation (that took a few tries). We were on the DDP, but I think this and O'hana are the only two places I would pay out of pocket for without too much complaining.
For us, the crab legs were good. Steamed perfectly, with a pretty good size and flavor.
They changed the selection a little from the first to the second night, and added some excellent batter-fried shrimp. I coudn't get enough of these. The batter was very light, and the shrimp was cooked perfectly.
I don't usually eat cold peel-and-at shrimp, so I couldn't comment on how good those were.
All of the other selections were very good, amonst the very best variety of any of the Disney buffets. My other favorates were the light fish (tilapia iirc) with bread crumb coating, bbq ribs, and the clam chowder.
