Can't see graphics in posts

For the last few days, I can get into the discussion boards, but I can't see the graphics at the top of the page -- for instance, I can't see the link to the DVC resales advertiser on the top of the DVC board, and on this board I have a box with an "X" in it, but no graphic. Also can't see the graphics for signatures in posts, although for some reasons I can see the Avatars. In addition, I can read posts but can't seem to reply, although thankfully I was able to post a new thread here. Is this just a problem with changes in the board and I need to be patient -- or do I have something set wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Just as you said, this is an issue right now as a result of the changes in the boards and all I can say is be patient.

As to replies, when I hit the reply button it currently can take a very long time for the reply entry page to display. I have a very fast connection via a cable modem and sometimes I have to wait 30-45 seconds to get the reply page where it used to be instantaneous. It is just very slow right now so keep trying.

The graphics come and go. Most of the graphics that you see on the top of the page and in the posts and signatures are stored on a different server than the boards themselves. That is why you can get to the forums but not always see all the graphics. The avatars are stored with the boards so they will usually show up even if the other images don't.

Don't feel bad, we are having the same problems. We have a cable modem (RoadRunner) just as Bob has said in the previous post, everything is "really slow". I hope they get this corrected soon. It seems the last 10 days have been nothing but problems on this board.
