Can't log-in to AP Site

I have never had a problem before, but I can't seem to log-in to the passholder site as looks like it is new?

I put my ticket info in, hit save, and it doesn't do anything but stay on that same log-in page

Anyone else having this problem?

Yes I had the same trouble that you had, I went to where you login, where you name is, you will see that it says "update profile" I click on that link and then I delete pass holder ticket number.
Then I resigned in.
