Can't get into new site!

Finally got around to getting into new site - I type my userid & pw & it keeps saying I have the wrong id or password. I type the PIN as upper & lower case as it is typed on my card. Can anyone help me?

You will need to call Member services.

Boy I'm glad I know something about computer software.

But now I'm trying to get to the Virtual tour screen & it's saying "sorry you need Flash...."

I have it installed already!

Anyone know how that is all connected & what you need to do to get the virtual tour?

Gee, I found it VERY user friendly.

I use IE and that is what it says at the top, virtual tour -ms internet explorer.

If you are using IE, go to tools, internet settings, advanced and check your multimedia settings. Or, reinstall your flash player.
