When I went to do on-line check in, I got the error message that "there are one or more errors on this page", but it didn't tell me what was wrong. It had told me that virtually everything was on file, asked for my phone number, I agreed to the terms and conditions, pressed the button, and that's what it told me. So I tried clicking to see the terms and conditions, thinking that maybe I was supposed to accept something on that page. Well, I don't know because I got the dreaded picture of Stitch with the message "Someone ate the Page". Anyone know now what?

Disney IT does it again. I wouldn't worry about, make your room request with MS and stop by the front desk to check in. We don't use online check in due to it's limited benefit.

If you have entered a PIN and a credit card, you may still have to enter PINS for your guests. I would just enter a dummy PIN, because if they want to set their PIN or add a personal credit card, they can do it at the Concierge Desk when they are there.

It’s a glitch. Nothing to worry about. Wait a day or so.

Actual errors in your end don’t result in Stitch. That’s an error on their end.

Try a different browser. When this happens with Safari, I flip over the Chrome and it's usually successful.

When I get that message, it generally has to do with the arrival time. It defaults to 00:00, I believe, so you need to go into that section and change the time.

I've had this happen with many reservations. No clue why. Somehow, for some of my reservations, it tells me I'm already checked in online when I didn't actually do it. Then it won't let me modify the online checkin, giving me the same error you're getting.

This is a fairly new thing I have noticed. When I link a DVC reservation to MDE, it shows me as checked-in, when I haven't. I don't want it having me as "checked-in status", as I may modify or tweak that reservation, or a waitlist may come through, etc. Then you have to call and have them unlink from MDE to get out of checked-in status. Disney IT! So I don't link to MDE anymore. Will do so when really close and really sure it is the final stay dates.
