We will be at WDW from Oct. 24th - 31st, so far we have PS for the following:

Whispering Canyon on the 26th for lunch :jester:
Sci-Fi on the 30th for lunch - I'm not telling DH, he's a huge b-movie sci-fi fan, so I'm taking him and DS for their birthdays.:space:
CRT on the 31st (not telling the kids!) princess:

Anywhere else we should try?!?! DS is 7, DD is 2, and DD #2 is going to be 4 months old and could care less!

TIA! :Pinkbounc

Our kids really like Crystal Palace @ MK. We were there last August w/ 2, 7 and 11 yr old kids.

Chef Mickey (characters and party singing and fun) and Ohana's (coconut races and hoola hoop-ing, really cute and everyone wins of course)

It would be helpful to know where you're planning on touring before offering restaurant ideas. We've always found that it's much more convenient to plan our restaurants around our itinerary.

I agree about going to Chef Mickey. We ALWAYS eat there at least once every trip. Of course, my DS (7) LOVES trains and monorails, so he thinks it's cool that we hop the monorail just to go eat. We love eating with the Chef Mickey characters: Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto (I think) and Chip and Dale.

A bit of advice, if you can wait, make your "breakfast" reservation very late (so make it your brunch). We usually eat around 10:45am. First, you're only paying for one big meal. Second, if you can eat slowly, try to hang around as long as you can -- until they close (which I think is around 11:30am or so). Last time we ate rather slowly and ended up being one of two families in the entire restaurant. We had Mickey and friends all to ourselves! It was great! They played "keep away" with our son's napkin, pretended to play "cops and robbers" -- basically, they put on a personal, impromptu show for US! It was so memorable and a treat we were not anticipating.

Even if you don't pick Chef Mickey, I'm sure there aren't too many places where you'd have a BAD meal. After all, you're eating at WDW!!!! :Pinkbounc
