Can't check in - Any solutions?

Today is the first day I can do online check in and it tells me there's an error and to try later. It's been like that all day. I know other people are having this issue and I was wondering if Disney IT has been able to help anyone or if there is another solution I haven't found yet. I know there's time but this will bug me until I can get checked in. Thanks!

Did you try changing your browser? The Disney website is terrible, but it's better on Chrome than than my aol.

I called they said they can't tell on their computer if I'm checked in or not but that it's probably saying that because I was trying to do a request. I tried to check in without a request and I got the same message

It'll bug me too and I'm 6 days out but I'm TRYing not to let it lol

I tried the Online Check in last night, got to the end, and ran into the error message. It changed to "Modify Check In" on my profile page though, so I don't know if I'm checked in or not.
I try to Modify and still get to the error message at the end.

I called online support and they asked me to try mydisneyreservation.com , but it says it was down as well. They then told me both check in sites are down and to keep trying.

So frustrating!

BUT, my hope is that this means they are updating MDE because Fastpass+ is going live to all.

Check in when you get there. It doesn't amount to much anyway and never understood what was gained by advance check in. You still have to go to the counter and sign stuff and get your packet and room information. At best you might save 5 minutes, depending on how many others pre-checked and are there at the same time.

Try do it using My Disney Experience, it is the only way I was able to do it.

Same here, MDE is unbelievably bad.

Try going to mydisneyreservation.com. A CM had me do it this way a few weeks ago.

This is what worked for me. I tried through my disney experience for 3 weeks before finding this site which worked right away. Aleast I got my email confirmation so I hope it worked. Worth a try.
