Can't book through Emerald Aisle? (National)

I have been trying to check rates for my trip next May for a quite a while now. I just checked and I still can't get anything for my dates with Emerald Aisle... I can get the general rates, but when I log into the Emerald Club it keeps telling me that the travel plan doesn't exist. I've tried with and without coupons, contract ID's product codes, etc... Does anyone know about this? Is it because it is too far out, or is there another reason? Thanks!

Try clearing your cookies. Tools/Internet Options/Delete Cookies/

Would that affect it? I mean I can get the general rates, just not the Emerald Club rates. I'll have to have my husband do that anyway, I would have no idea what to delete...

National is a very finicky website.It does some oddball things from time to time (I have also experienced the problem you are having using the Emerald Aisle). I tried again a few weeks later and it worked. Clearing your cookies is something you should try as suggested.

what size car are you trying to get rates for? I know that when I tried to get rates for a full size when I was logged in under Emerald Club, the computer puts the level at "Emerald Aisle" automatically, then tells you that that level of service does not exist (or something to that effect). I had to manually select "Emerald Reserve" for a full size or higher, then it gave me my rates.

Yes, that's exactly what I was going to ask. You can only reserve an intermediate car through Emerald Aisle. If you want a different size you have to change where it says "Emerald Aisle" to "Emerald Reserve".
