Hi All,So this will be my mini-pre-trip and trip report. Mom and I are leaving tomorrow for a girls weekend for F & W.
I am a new DVC member (did my homework and got a great deal resale). This will be my first DVC stay, first time at MNSSHP and first time at F & W....not to mention first time leaving my kiddos!We are staying in a Studio at BWV 1 night and then the next 3 nights in a 1 bedroom at BWV. Flight leaves tomorrow at 7pm so we will get in really late but at least I will wake up in the world!!!!
Background on trip....Lost Dad last year, way too young, to prostate cancer. Mom took care of him till his last breath. He was only 67. She is even younger. After I bought into DVC last year I convinced DH to let me take her away, she spent a solid year caring for him
...when he saw her amazing reaction on Mother's Day he gave me his blessing and told me to make sure she has a blast. Our planning began!!However, turns out I couldn't have picked a more difficult weekend to go as far as my kiddos go.
DD is 8 and in a cheering competition! DS is 3 and a total handful. I have an itinerary a mile long for DH to make sure he gets everyone where they need to be and when. Here's to hoping all goes smoothly for him!!!!
Anyway, leaving tomorrow night...I will post as many details as I can about my take on the whole thing...
