For those that got thru, do you navigate thru all the menus or what? I called the toll # since I have unlimited long distance and hate having to enter my home phone, etc...

Any better way to navigate thru since I'm still on hold and you guys are already posting that you got done with your call already???

that's the same way I did it and I got right through, but I would also like to know if there is an easier way to get through.
 
When I did get thru I spoke with Mandy who said that the postponing was probably due to the fact that they do not have speakers for "an early segment in December & until that is taken care of it cannot be released". Who knows if that is true, but that's what she said. Told to try back tomorrow!
 
Does anyone have the toll free number? I waited on line for almost 10 minutes on the regular number to be told late August, UGHHHH! TIA.

I think it's all just luck whether you can get through right away. There are tons of people calling this morning considering they said today was the day.

I called at 7 a.m. EDT (earlier here) and just now got a person after being on hold 10 minutes. I was told tomorrow. I would also like to know if there's a quicker way than to dial all the answers to their questions. If everyone has to answer the questions, can you dial in early so you are finished with the questions at 7 EDT? (Or would you get a different we're not open message if you dialed before 7?)

You get the we're not open message before 7:00 so it doesn't do any good.
 
I got through to find out CP ressies have been postponed until tomorrow. Oh, well.
If I get to the 5:00 show will I be able to make it to Chef Mickey's for 6:10?

No. The show is 40 minutes long. Then you have to walk to the front of Epcot, get on the monorail, switch to the resort monorail, go almost the whole way around the loop, get off and walk to CF. All this in only 30 minutes. Also CM is not one of the restuarants included in the CP package, so you would have to stand really early in the stand-by line and hope you get into the show.

The toll free # is 1-800-828-0228. I called twice too, just to see if I'd get a different response from a different person. The first time, I got right through and the second time, was on hold for about 15 minutes. YIKES!

I got up early and called yesterday too - just in case. Well, I guess I'll get up early again tomorrow. :confused3
 
Told the same, call back tomorrow, their having problems, anyone think they may open up later today , eventhough they originally announced tomorrow?
 
To avoid several menu options, just press #1 (that you are calling from the Orlando area or will be traveling in the next 7 days) and you will avoid all other prompts!! :wave2:
