We will be there during that weekend and we are AP holders. Yes we are going specifically for this event and I am going to try and do the dinning. I heard about the fiasco last year and would love advice from those who have done it in the past. I was thinking about going to the last show on Sunday night. We are thinking about doing Hooks Point so would we need the 5:30 dinning for the 7:30 CP on Sunday? I want to make sure I get this all right. Also there will be 6 of us. Is there a limit of how many ticket you can get with one AP? There is 5 in my family and my mom is going. She can try and buy her own but we thought it might be easier if I just got all 6 and she can pay me back so there is no confusion.

Again if there is anyone who has done this in the past any tips would be GREAT.

Our backup plan is to just go and wait for the earlier show people to get up on Sunday and then try to score a spot and if that doesn't work then just try to stand up on the sides somewhere. We can't sit on the ground for hours on end. My mom and I both have bad backs and knees and can't sit on the pavement for that long and REALLY hope we can score the dinning.

Anyway if anyone knows any tricks I would love to know cuz we are really hoping we can get in.

TIA

Here is some info that I got from another website:

Tickets go on sale on Monday, November 19 begining at 10 a.m. Pacific Time

The web site is Tickets.com

Very briefly, the price points are:

An AP exclusive at Napa Rose for $125 per person

Others:
Steakhouse 55, Vineyard Room and Yamabuki for $100 per person

Storytellers and Hook's Point $75 per person.

I think you also need to go to tickets.com and register for an account.
I am sure you can get tickets for a party of 6.

If anyone else has more info, please post it here.

Thanks.

Last year I believe it was up to 6 tickets per reservation. Of course, since nothign is official yet, it could be anything this year. We are hoping to be able to seat our party of 5 all at one table and keeping our fingers crossed that there will be a discount for children (hey, a girl can hope!). -- Suzanne

Yeah I heard about the tickets.com thing and I have already registered. I also hope we can get all six of us at a table and I think it would be so much easier if I could just buy all six of our tix at once that way I don't have to worry about us getting separated or anything. I will be at work that day too. I wonder if Tickets.com will require you to type in your AP number? I am also hoping for a discount for kids. I have a 6 and 7 year old and 50 buck a piece was bad enough but 75 each is a lot for basically a chair cuz they sure as heck aren't going to eat that much food!

We went last year, the only one you have to have an AP for is the Napa Rose; the others are open for anyone. The online reservations WERE a fiasco, and I got called back a few days after and got 4 tickets at Storytellers, and it was $50 each. It was great, we were right in front of Hector Elizondo.
