keep getting the all circuits are busy for the last 7 minutes, or busy. can't even get throuigh. if you are on hold, you are lucky!

I didn't get a wait time message at all..just something at first about experiencing technical difficulties, but then the prompts started and now I have holding music..

It's just timing and luck I imagine. We didn't do anything other than dial right at 7am on the clock.

Im fluctuating between busy, temporarily disconnected and your call did not go through... I started trying at 3:50 just in case.

Seriously...all still circuits busy!!!! Weird how sometimes I get the 50's dude and other times it's the women and she says "062T' afterwards. What will the dreams be like tonight! Not even sure how many times I've hit redial since 6:58 a.m. I fear I will have this headset surgically attached because if some of are at 30 minutes what will I end up hearing!!!

I first got the ring, ring, ring, and then like a busy, and i just dialed again..

I've always wondered if we all get the same hold music.

Thanks for posting your wait times. I got through to hold, it said "We estimate your wait time to be..." and then thee was a pause. Then I was hearing the music for It's a Small World. Is that like being stuck on the ride?
