12 minutes now of busy signals. i'd be happy to just get through- tryiing from two phones and both get busy

Between my husband and I, we've tried dialing 132 times since it turned 7. Still not getting through..... You would think Disney would have prepared for this.

WTH I called at 6:59 and "phone lines were closes" called right back like a few seconds later and from then on get busy signals and what not makes me wish I wouldn't have woken up so early

same. it look me three times to get on hold.

Thanks for posting your wait times. I got through to hold, it said "We estimate your wait time to be..." and then thee was a pause. Then I was hearing the music for It's a Small World. Is that like being stuck on the ride?

Same for me! I heard, "We estimate your wait time to be... It's a Small World After All..."

Well, at least I like singing along with the hold music!

When does it say how long you will be on hold? I got through but it's just playing music but not how long the queue is

It told us our wait time right before the music started..
