So I just realized that are dates correlate with the extended CP. Yay! The CM I booked with had me thinking we were arriving after it ended.
Anyways, I know the first 2 nights are invitation only. How do you get to see the CP? An extra ticket like at Halloween time? I'm thinking no.
Molly Ringwold will be the narrator while we are there!

As far as I know, they have not announced yet. They have said that AP holders will be able to get (free?) tickets, but nothing else has been released.

This is all I've seen officially released so far...

I don't think anything has been officially announced. Most likely you will have to purchase an (expensive) dinner package and get seats that way. This is how it was done a few years ago. But even without this you will still be able to steak out spots on Main Street for the processional.
