Has anyone cancelled their Sept. trip due to the large activity of storms? We are going mid Sept., I have not cancelled but have given it some thought.
You'll have to pry my park tickets out of my cold, dead (and wet) hands before we cancel this trip!!

Well, we are now reminded WHY Disney offers free dining. To get folks to come during what is easily the riskiest time to travel to Florida! LOL!
I leave Saturday and will be there for 8 days. I am praying that the Lord will let these fade out.
Once I get there, bring it on. I've done Disney in a hurricane before and it's not a big deal.
I rather be at Disney in a hurricane then at home with no hurricane. LOL! Yes I know that sounds bad but I LOVE Disney!
We go 9/18-9/28. If there is a storm in the works and it looks like it is going to hit Disney I will strongly consider cancelling.
As much as my family loves to be in Disney, we would hate walking around in the pouring rain and wind for days. My children love the disney waterparks and I doubt they would have much fun at them in the pouring rain. Also the thought of being locked down into a hotel room for a day or two
sounds like a miserable vacation, even if we are in disney. I knew this was a possibility when we planned this trip. We are just going to keep our fingers crossed and hope for a little pixie dust to keep the storms away.
