Cancelling hotel room without penalty?

I have a room booked at Royal Pacific Tuesday 5/6/25. My daughter is still recovering from surgery and we are trying to wait until the last minute to be sure she can comfortably make the trip. I read 6pm EST 6 days prior for full refund but have never pushed the limit on cancelling before

I want to be sure I understand correctly and Wednesday 4/30/25 at 6 pm EST is my cutoff for a refund. Can I still cancel online at that point or would I need to allow time to call in to reservations?

Policy for full refund is that you cancel by 6pm Eastern 5 days prior to check-in...not 6 days.

You can cancel online.
