Cancelling Dining Reservation

I was able to get a better time for my mamma melrose reservation and have tried the last three days to cancel it online. The app tells me there is a blip and if I go to MDE on the internet it says that that reservation cannot be cancelled online. Is anyone else having these problems.

I did for a few ADRs. I just called the dining line and the automated system cancelled for me

Every time i've gotten the message about not being able to cancel online, it was because i'd had the window open for a while. If you refresh and then click cancel it should work.

I'm having the same problem, same message, I'm the lead name and I still can't cancel any reservations.
We leave on Wednesday and arrive about 9pm and I want to cancel a reservation for Thursdays 6pm. I'm from the UK and will not be calling before I leave so I will have to do it when I check in.

This looks to be a problem especially if you've got your CC linked and you can't cancel online, thankfully we do not for this one and I would not be happy having to call from the UK.

Is there still a free phone number from your disney hotel to cancel reservations or will guest services do it?
