Cancellation Policy??

I tried searching but the search function wasn't working ?

Anyway, I remember that there was a change to the banking policy (4 months out if I remember right) but can someone remind me what the cancellation policy is (and has it changed)?
I have an extra ressie that I'm probably have to cancel, but I'm waiting for family members to verify if they can or cannot go.

The cancellation policy has not changed.

Cancel 31 days or more prior to check-in date and points return to the regular use year, except banked /borrowed points. Bnking and borrowing are, as always, final.

30 days or less from check-in date, and points go into holding, meaning they must be used to book 60 days or less from arrival and can not be banked, so they expire at the end of the use year.

Cancel on arrival day, and points are lost.
