Cancellation Policy

At what point do members need to cancel a ressie in order to not loose the points? Is it a 30 day cancel policy, 48 hours, etc? I want to know so that I can call and check up on our wait list request at the appropriate time. Thanks.

At 31 or more days out your points will go back into your account. At 30 days to 1 day your points will go into a holding status and must be used by the end of your use year. If you cancel the day of your trip you lose all points.

Plus with holding status, you can only use them to make reservations 60 days out.
