My husband just informed me that the project he's working on will not be finished by our travel date (5/7/13), so therefore we can't go.

I purchased the tickets in January.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe I have until January 2014 to complete travel (if we can even go at all).

Is this still the way SWA handles cancellations?

Thanks....

Yes. You will get a credit for what you paid (no cancellation or change fee) that you can use for travel that is completed no longer than one year after your original booking date last January. One other point to note is that the credits for each ticket must be used by the passenger named on that ticket.

Thank you very much!
