Canceling Get Away Today Tickets?

I purchased DL tickets from Get Away Today with the peace of mind option. We have cancelled our trip- is the only way to refund the tickets to call or is there any online option? I can't seem to find good info on their website.

Going the email route I would think a brief explanation will get the ball rolling. They will reply and ask for the invoice number.

I'm with you. I have 5 day tickets from them, but with the Peace of Mind option. I'm wondering if Disney will allow the tickets I have to go beyond the 2020 expiration date. I'll save them for later if possible.

I’m in the same boat. My tickets that I bought with peace of mind insurance in late 2019 expire the end of
2020. When I called GAT they said I need to call before they expire and pay the difference on upgrading the tickets for an end of 2021 expiration, about $135 for us. I wonder if I’ll have to pay an additional $25 for another year of ticket insurance. I’m still hoping that Disney will extend the expiration of the tickets and not require the extra charge. It only seems fair to me, but I’m not holding my breath. We are postponing until next summer.
