We have booked our hotel stay at the Anabella with a military discount. I booked by phone and the csr told me the discount only applied to US military, but after I explained to her that we have been given the discount at their hotel in the past she did agree to it. SO my question is- has anyone been promised a special rate but then denied that rate at checkin?

I ALWAYS ask for an email confirmation that includes dates of the stay, rates, and applicable taxes.
