Canadian estate planning

I am trying to do some estate planning and have a question. We live in Canada and own at OKW since 1993. My wife and I are both on the deed. We have 2 children who are our beneficiaries. When we die, do the kids inherit the DVC ownership? What is the process for the executor of our estate? Is it better to transfer ownership to them now? Or make them joint owners now? Is that even possible and how difficult/expensive would it be to do?
We are not interested in disposing of it before 2042 when we will be mid-80s and kids will be mid-50s..

Canadian, since one of the issues may be tax issues.

IF you decide to make them co-owners now, the process is easy. You can have a title transfer company like LT Transfers (lttransfers.com) do it for a few hundred dollars, or you can do it yourself - see this thread https://www.disboards.com/threads/s...xisting-contract-gratuitous-transfer.3701707/.
